China has more than half a billion of its population adopting mixed philosophies and teachings of Daoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, and Atheism. Though political persecution has been lessening on the 8% Christians, arrests and forced closures are increasing in key areas.
Mongolia is mainly dominated by Lamaistic Buddhism with over 40,000 Mongolian first generation Christians.
Tibet is a Buddhist country and many practise a mixture of Buddhism and the indigenous Tibetan Bon religion. Only less than 0.005% is Christians and they face ostracism and other trials.
North Korea is governed by communist dictatorship. The doctrine of Juche has become a religion with the Kims as its deities. Believers who meet in secret will be sent to prison or labor camp if caught.
South Korea is the 13th largest economy in the world. There is a need to reach to those who are from multi-generational Buddhist families and the youth to have genuine Christian faith without the influence of materialism.
Japan has only 1% Christians with 0.3% evangelicals. Most identify with Buddhism (69%), but the average person practices a mix of Buddhist, Shinto, Daoist, Confucian, Atheistic, and even Christian beliefs.
Taiwan is a secular state with freedom of religion. Majority following a unique blend of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism with 6% claimed to be Christians.
Hong Kong has a population mainly practice Chinese folk religion and Buddhism with only 10% Christians. The churches are actively running hospitals, schools and social organizations. There is a lack of pastors and spiritual leaders.

- Truth to reign and liberation from lies and false indoctrination, Gospel to take root in every culture.
- God’s deliverance and freedom from government repression and brutality in some nations.
- Protection and safety from state surveillance and interrogation by the authority.
